The life force, and how it moves
Chi Work
Working directly with the life force in the body — where it's flowing, where it's stuck, and how to get it moving again.

Energy is meant to move. This session addresses where it isn't.
What This Session Is
Chi — the life force that animates the body — has been mapped and worked with for thousands of years. This session brings that understanding together with human anatomy and the lineage teachings of the Modern Mystery School, taught as part of the advanced healer training.
The work is about circulation. Where chi moves freely, there is vitality and ease. Where it's blocked, held or depleted, you feel it — as stagnation, as heaviness, as effort where there shouldn't be any. This session addresses the flow directly.
It pairs particularly well with Meridian Line Balancing, and I’ll often suggest the two together.
